The Trader has over four generations of incredible, authentic, top secret barbeque recipes and lots of experienced to draw from. He chooses the choicest beef and pork back ribs. He hand picks the highest quality of fresh produce, poultry, seafood and meat. Everything on his menu is prepared fresh daily with the greatest of care, never straying from those original, treasured recipes. We do not use anything out of a can or packaged like most restaurants. All sauces and gravies are made from scratch. Memories of this succulent fare have been bringing true aficionados back again and again.
